While we absolutely love animals, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate guest pets at our properties. We maintain a strict pet-free policy for our rental suites to ensure a quiet, comfortable, and standardized environment for all of our incoming working professionals. We truly appreciate your understanding!

To keep the move-in process simple, utilities are charged separately as a convenient monthly flat fee, rather than making you set up individual accounts. Depending on the size of your specific unit, this flat fee ranges from $125 to $175 per month. This covers everything you need: electricity, water, garbage pickup, high-speed fiber internet, and lawn service.

Not necessarily. We understand that everyone’s financial situation is unique. While we do review credit histories, a low credit score will not automatically disqualify you. However, applicants with lower credit scores may be asked to provide additional documentation (such as your work contract or proof of income) and may be required to pay a higher security deposit to secure the unit.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We do offer a very short grace period, but please note that a late fee is automatically assessed if the payment is received after the 2nd day of the month.

Our units are specifically tailored for traveling professionals, so we focus on medium-term stays. Our minimum lease term is typically 3 months (90 days), with flexible options to extend based on the length of your contract. See individual listings for more lease option details.

Instead of shared spaces, every unit features its own private, well-equipped kitchenette. While setups vary slightly by suite, you can expect a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and specialty cooking appliances like air fryers and 2-in-1 electric pot/grills for convenient daily meal prep.
